Suburban Property Inspections is looking to expand our base of home inspection professionals. Experienced, trained, and/or certified home inspectors may be put to work in a short time.
Others are considered if they have a thirst to learn new things, are mechanically inclined, know or want to know how everything in a home works.
Inexperienced candidates can expect a 3-6 month unpaid internship during which time we will train you in the home inspection field, radon testing, septic system inspections, mold testing, well inspections, wood destroying insect inspections, and proper sampling and transport of water samples. A non-competition agreement is required, or a fee per inspection ride-along applies.

Field Technicians spend the majority of their day on the road transporting and collecting samples that are used in decision making for real estate and residential clients. Daily schedules include stops within a coverage area including Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery Counties as well as some outliers. The quantity and locations of stops varies daily. Vehicles & field sampling equipment are provided.
Valid drivers license, acceptable driving record and personal vehicle insurance required.
This is a part-time temporary position to start. Potential for full-time and professional growth for the right individual.
