Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Our family owned and operated company is looking for an outgoing team-player with a positive attitude that pays attention to detail to join our team as a part-time customer service representative.
Qualified candidates will have previous customer service experience preferably in a busy office setting.
Duties include answering multi-line phone system, coaching clients based on their needs and concerns, taking orders, scheduling inspectors and technicians, inspection report review, processing order paperwork, making access calls for appointments, filing, scanning, and other duties as needed.
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, 9am – 5pm.
